If you visit the site, you'll see they have writer's guidelines. Those guidelines tell you clearly that they pay via PayPal. They also tell you they accept international writers (they must - I'm Australian).
All it took for me to learn this information was to read the writer's guidelines, which were clearly provided in the link I posted for you to READ.
